Why are major church leaders falling into sexual sin or even committing suicide?
Why do 80% of pastors believe that their ministry negatively affects their families?
Why are 33% of pastors feeling burn-out within their first five years of ministry?
Why do 25% of church leaders say they have nowhere to turn when dealing with family conflict or personal issues?
The answer to these problems is found in the blueprint of the New Covenant church leadership model, meticulously drawn up for us in the Book of Acts and the apostolic epistles. We have inadvertently built God’s house using a wrong set of blueprints. The result is that 75% of ministry leaders are reporting severe stress causing anguish, worry, anger, depression, and alienation.
From The Author
Do blueprints matter? It does if you want to live in a home that is secure and not in need of constant repair.
Blueprints matter to God! He gave them to Noah to build the Ark. He gave them to Moses to construct the tabernacle. And again, to David to build the temple. But He also gave them to New Covenant believers to establish the five-fold ministry leadership team in His church.
The five-fold ministry model is God’s blueprint for a successful, thriving New Testament church. It’s what He has provided for the “equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry.” The irony is, we all believe the Bible teaches the five-fold ministry of the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher, but we don’t know what that looks like and how it is supposed to function in the local church.
Byron & Leesa Hamilton offer a full day hands-on-workshop for church and ministry leaders. The workshop is designed to help us understand the five-fold ministry team model and how it functions in the local church.
A workshop can be organized for a local church or ministry, or it can be designed to cater to several churches/ministries joining together in a conference style.
We will deal with adjusting mindsets, dealing with obstacles, casting vision, and implementing a biblical model for a healthy, sustainable five-fold ministry that releases the apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching leadership gifts in the church.
